1. Who is responsible for your data?

Lazkom is the data controller for personal data processed through this website and in connection with enquiries to the business.

Lazkom
CVR 36651393
Dalgas Boulevard 5, 2000 Frederiksberg, Denmark
info@lazkom.com

2. What information do we process?

We may process your name, job title, company, contact details and the information you choose to include when you contact Lazkom. If a business relationship develops, we may also process correspondence, meeting notes, project information and information required for contracts, invoicing and administration.

The website does not currently provide user accounts, online payments, a newsletter sign-up or a contact form. The hosting service may process limited technical information—such as IP address, browser or device information, access time and requested pages—to deliver, secure and maintain the website.

3. Why do we process it?

  • To respond to enquiries and take steps requested before entering into an agreement.
  • To manage client, partner and professional relationships and deliver agreed services.
  • To operate and protect the website and business communications.
  • To comply with legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

Depending on the situation, the legal basis is performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, compliance with a legal obligation, or Lazkom’s legitimate interests in running and protecting the business and developing professional relationships. Where consent is required, it will be requested separately.

4. Who may receive the information?

Personal data may be shared only when necessary with service providers supporting Lazkom, including Simply.com for domain and email services and OpenAI and its service providers for website hosting and operation. It may also be shared with professional advisers, authorities where required by law, or independent specialists and local partners involved in a specific assignment.

Recipients act under their own legal responsibilities or under appropriate data-processing terms, depending on their role.

5. International transfers

Some service providers or project contacts may be located outside the European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred internationally, Lazkom will use a lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards where required.

6. How long do we keep information?

General enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are normally retained for up to 12 months. Client and project records are kept for the duration of the relationship and normally for up to five years afterwards, unless a longer or shorter period is required for a specific reason. Accounting material is retained for five years from the end of the relevant financial year in accordance with Danish bookkeeping requirements. Technical records are retained according to the hosting provider’s operational and security needs.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

Lazkom does not currently use advertising, behavioural tracking or marketing analytics on this website. The hosting platform may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies required to deliver and protect the site. If optional analytics or marketing technologies are introduced later, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested where required.

8. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data; restrict or object to processing; receive certain data in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time. These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in data-protection law.

To exercise a right or ask a privacy question, contact info@lazkom.com. You may also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when Lazkom’s services, website or legal obligations change. The current version will always be published on this page.
